Modifier that affects how a GHLChord can be played

Fields

ExplicitHopo = 1

The Hopo state is not relative to the previous chord.

ForcedHopo = ExplicitHopo | HopoInvert

ForcedStrum = 1

HopoInvert = 2

Forced Hopo if ExplicitHopo is set, otherwise inverts the natural state relative to the previous chord

None = 0

No modifier

Tap = 4

The chord can be played without strumming
